  1. Where do we mount the camera?


  2. The ideal location is on the south side of the project with the camera facing north away from the sun. Consider an optimal height and horizontal position such that you will capture a view of those aspects of the project important to you. For example, you may need adequate height if the roof is of interest; or you may want to aim at a building corner to capture multiple sides. RTI Cams staff is available by telephone if you should require any assistance with the setup or repositioning of your camera.

  3. Can we have more than one camera on a project?


  4. Yes, you can set up as many cameras as you need to get the coverage you require. Images from all cameras will be accessible through a common website.

  5. Can we set up our camera for indoor shots?


  6. Yes. However, the outdoor cameras and image settings normally provided with the standard camera may not produce an indoor image of acceptable quality. In this case, please contact us to obtain a lens of the proper focal length and for us to adjust the image settings as needed for indoor use.

  7. Is there a fee for accessing my cameras web site?


  8. Yes, there is a monthly flat fee charged for the camera web site. A RTI Cams representative will explain the details of this charge when you decide to purchase a camera.

  9. How will I be billed for this monthly fee?


  10. This fee will be charged on your debit or credit card on a monthly basis. A RTI Cams representative will explain these payment options to you upon the purchase of your camera.
